Abstract

We propose that Political Philosophy of Ancient Greeks is relevant as it helps us to understand our present. We mind that History provides models that we assume or reject, because they use a language that in any way is indifferent to us. We analyze the terms “polis” and “politikon”, like notions concerning to a certain regime, to prove the connection between Ethics and Politics, that deal with an idea of man like morally good being and like good citizen. We can conclude that a good regime consists of good citizens who are at same time honest men.
