Abstract

The question of the relationship between philosophy and faith began with the appearance of Christianity. The reason for this is both historical and structural. Because of its very nature Christianity generated an environment where this question had to be answered. The consequences are a new way of looking at philosophy and the development of an understanding of faith that goes beyond its simple profession.
