Abstract

This work try to analyze the official communications of the national Episcopate in three important historical nodes for Argentine Catholicism, such as the 1880s, the Centennial and the 1930s, to rehearse in these a reflection on the political concepts that arise and how they influenced the institutional order of Catholicism. Thus, we seek to restore the perspective of the prelates, in a period that meant great changes for the Episcopate and the national Church.
